Tatiana Tamai is a creative leader and movement strategist, founder of Booiaka®, an internationally recognized movement that expanded to 35+ countries, empowering thousands through performance, energy, and creative expression.

With over two decades in global entertainment, TV/film production, and brand development, she created The Practice for Readiness — a methodology designed to bridge the gap between vision and execution for creators and leaders.

She now works with founders, artists, and production teams to build structured momentum, develop scalable creative systems, and bring ideas to life. She also hosts The Booiaka Podcast, where music, stories, and movement collide.

It Was Always There is a cinematic reflection of Italy — the place that grounds and shapes me. Born from an unplanned voice note recorded while visiting family, this short is a reminder to slow down, listen, and notice what’s already present. Created in both English and Italian.
